ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Stacey Morrison began riding lessons at Wimberly Riding School in Florida at the age of ten. She enjoyed showing her horse at Hunter / Jumper shows, and was successful in competition. At fourteen, she began formal lessons with dressage instructor Margot Huelke (who rode with Erik Herbermann, trainer and author of the books The Dressage Formula and A Horseman's Notes). Stacey enjoyed the dedication and patience needed for the discipline. She spent four years training and working for Margot.
After taking time to attend college and raise a family, Stacey began riding once again. She earned her teaching certification through CHA. In 2001, she started Equus Manor Riding School which continues to experience tremendous growth. In keeping with her training, Stacey regularly attends dressage clinics with top instructors throughout the country.

Stacey also attends United States Dressage Federation (USDF) Certification workshops as time allows and her goal is to become certified with the USDF. Nothing is more enjoyable to Stacey than seeing the smiles on her student's faces as they learn to ride, striving to become one with their horse.
Stacey is a founding member of the Northwest Arkansas Dressage Club, with a goal to help create a community in the area whose purpose is to enlighten and expose people to the discipline of dressage while also educating them, generating interest, and having fun together while learning to ride better.
